multi story: dark green

The following graphic should show the distribution of the trees. Negative values indicate an normal distribution, positive values an clustered one and the value zero indicates a random distribution.
Something went wrong during the work in GIS.

  • Loading from ArcGIS derived data to RStudio and prepare it for further processing
    - adjust the data to the R-plot
    - defining which areas are single/multi-story
  • Building function, which calculates which tree species is the most frequent one per gridcell
    - sorting the trees from the highest frequency per cell to the lowest
  • Statistical function how likely it is that a certain tree species grows in a certain gridcell
    - deriving the correlation between structure and distribution of the trees
